故障现象:电机不转
所有洗衣程序都出现电机不转的现象。没有出现报警错误。测绘变频驱动板电路,分驱动板工作电源部分、MCU部分、瑞萨IR2136S变频器的部分、检测电路部分。根据测绘的电路图分析问题原因。在测绘电路图的过程中查阅了相关芯片、三极管、二极管、霍尔开关的技术资料。
变频器主电源310V滤波是由两个1000μF/200电容器串联的,六个39k均压电阻有三个断路;变频输出电压检测部分三个200k电阻断路。都是贴片电阻,用普通电阻代替,更换后安装好驱动板,测试“单脱”功能,电机依然不转。
驱动板上有一个继电器,电机工作时,继电器触点闭合,短接470Ω电阻。从继电器引出线。洗衣机开机,用万用表测量有更高90V电压,很快降下来。接39k电阻和红色LED发光二极管,二极管随着控制程序亮、暗变化,应该是在脱水电机工作时亮,电机停下来变暗。LED发光二极管不亮时,应该是主电机工作,脱水状态。470Ω电阻上的压降。
过程中没有出现“EARu”通讯故障报警。
拆下变频驱动板继续核对测绘电路图,核对MCU引脚电路时,找到电阻R303、R304、R301、R302、R310(被白色胶覆盖着,散热差。小心剥离胶,看清阻值都是200k)及R311(10k)。MCU(38 P0_7 AN0)脚接R311,310V直流电压采样。测量R303、R304、R301、R302、R310五个电阻,有四个断路。
拆下测量不通的四个电阻,逐一测量,确认坏了。经计算正常时,取样电阻对地电压大约3V,即MCU判断电机供电电压是否正常。这应该是电机不转的根本原因。
手头没有200k贴片电阻。临时找一个8.2k电阻代替四个200k电阻,接到 5V电源上。驱动板安装好测试“单脱”功能,OK。电机转了。
再试“快洗”功能也正常了。电机不转的原因就是310V电压取样信号因为分压电阻坏了,MCU判断为电机供电没有电压。洗衣机功能正常后,用相同阻值的普通电阻替代贴片电阻,洗衣机线路等恢复原样,工作正常。因为在维修、测绘电路图的过程中,剥离了的驱动板上的防水胶,修复之后驱动板涂705防水胶恢复原有防水措施。
MCU软件设计上应该有不妥,既然测量了310V电压,当电压不正常时,应该报错误代码。不应该处于无休止的等待状态。其次断路的贴片电阻都是高电压下工作,这些电阻基本上都是被厚厚的白胶覆盖了,基本无法散热。至此变频滚筒洗衣机修复正常。
早期生产的变频滚筒洗衣机,不论是哪个品牌的,基本上和这个洗衣机是相同的结构,尤其是变频驱动板,只是不同厂家的电机参数有所不同,变频驱动板的控制参数不同而已。本案例的电机是上海通用0024000133A。5KMC121YTA002。
